Public Test Centres regularly test with the secure, redesigned TOEIC®.

Public Test Centres have been chosen taking into account location, ease of student access, appropriate testing facilities, and the training and experience level of staff. They are accredited to administer the TOEIC® test, and are formally contracted to deliver the TOEIC testing program and Certification on behalf of ETS through Pro-Match Personal Profiles Ltd.
